Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch in-stock items as quickly as possible.

Combs, brushes, clippers, dryers and accessories:

• Sent Australia-wide with Australia Post.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Grooming tables and large equipment:

Tables are too big for standard post, so freight isn't charged at checkout. After you order, we'll contact you to confirm the freight cost or arrange collection. Delivery times depend on your location and the freight carrier.

If you'd like a freight quote before you buy, just get in touch.

Local pickup:

Free pickup is available in Coffs Harbour, NSW. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

International orders:

We ship to selected countries outside Australia. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Pre-orders:

Pre-order items are sent once stock arrives. We'll give you an estimated delivery time after you order.
